Brownies
{moist, rich brownies, for when the chocolate urge is too strong to resist...}
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
70 g butter
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tablespoons cocoa
2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, or white chocolate bits, or other accessories
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a square tin. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix well. Sift cocoa, and flour and mix well. Add cream and vanilla and mix until just combined. Add walnuts/ choc bits, and mix briefly. Cook in preheated oven form 20-25 minutes.
