{Another Pancake recipe (American). Makes ~14 4-inch cakes}
Ingredients:
DRY INGREDIENTS:
• 1½ cups sifted all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1¾ tsp double-acting baking powder
LIQUID INGREDIENTS:
• 2 slightly beaten whole eggs
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 1¼ cup milk
Recipe:
Combine the dry ingredients.
Combine the liquid ingredients.
Mix the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients.
TIPS:
• you can use 1 or 2 eggs
• adjust the quantity of milk necessary based on how liquid the batter is
• to know if the pan is at the right temperature, you can place some drops of water on it. They should bounce and spit.
