Yoghurt Sultana Biscuits
{Delicious Lemony Biscuits}
Ingredients:
60 g butter
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 cups plain flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup yoghurt
½ cup sultanas
1 cup coconut
Recipe:
Cream butter and rind. Add sugar. Add egg and beat until light and fluffy. Sift in flour and soda with yoghurt. Mix in sultanas. Roll into teaspoonfuls and into balls. Rollinto coconut and place on tray. Bake 10-15 minutes at 180°C. Makes 35
