Vanilla Kipferln
{Those crescent-shaped icing-sugar melt-in-your-mouth Greek biscuits.}
Ingredients:
250 g butter
½ cup sugar
2 cups ground walnuts
2 ½ cups plain flour
Recipe:
Cream together butter and sugar. Blend in walnuts and flour. Roll to form crescent shapes. Bake 160°C for 20 minutes. Toss in icing sugar. Makes 36
