Term 1 is put to rest
Well, Term 1 has come to an end at the ANU.
I spent the weekend playing ultimate for the Deathstar A team. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, we got smacked. I actually played fairly well, with only one turnover and a series of scores and assists (and two soft inceptions) but the team was hot and cold all tournament long. We came 5th from six. Oh well
I haven't been selected for the Deathstar A team for nationals, which isn't a surpise, but I have managed to secure a spot in a slighty better pick up team then I was expected. I'll be playing with Fakulti B, which is basically the north sydney B team. Otherwise it was going to be a WA C team....ugh
Well I have finally organised all the details for our house warming party. its going to be on the 16th of april. Its going to be pretty good and we at the house are hoping to have two of our special projects completed to show off at the party.....but we shall see
Apart from that I have a significant essay looming. I have decided to do it on the ways that the European Union presents a challenge to the dominant theories on International Relations. The dominant theories blow. :)
Well thats about it for now....
I'm away in Perth for Nationals for a week, from the 19th to the 26th of April, so I'll miss you and Hannah, Khai. Oh well. I'll update you all on my progress over there!
*hugs* hope you are all well
-Tom
